Banana Seed Germination Forum As one of the toughest seeds in the plant kingdom to figure out the keys to germination success with, this is a forum with banana seed germination tips. Please entitle posts like "Musa balbisiana," or "Musa cheesmani," etc. People would then post a reply under that heading, sharing their germination successes (and failures), what materials and methods they used, germination percentage, etc.

Both father and plant are doing well

Yeah, all right, I know you guys have been there a thousand times before but it's my first first and I'm chuffed... just got to get all his brothers, sisters and cousins to pop their heads up now!

Thank you Anna. As I said I know everybody's done it a hundred times before but I'm sure you can all still remember the excitement of your first ever banana success.

That announcement is funny and great news at the same time. E vents were the first ones I germinated also. They are only a few months old and growing fast! I really don't have anyplace to put them but I'll think of something

Cheers guys.
I know what you mean about them growing fast D' Andra, 'Ensy's only few days old and he's heading for the stars like a rocket - haven't seen anything grow that quick since my son became a teenager
