Here is an updated picture from today, although it doesn't exactly look thrilled with life it does seem to be better than before!

You're doing something right so stay the course! The Darjeeling Giant was one of the first I got to sprout and once it gets going is a beautiful plant. The red makings on the young leaves are stunning. A great choice.

I think the little guy is going to pull through, it's getting it's first true leaf! Still haven't gotten any others to sprout though lol I think it was a fluke.
