daping off when germinating

I will be germinating Ensette and velutina. With the long germination priod is there anything I can spray to keep fungus and other bad things from coating the growing medium.I am planning to use a heating mat with 72 cells and maybe the jiffy 7 pellets that came with the kit. thanks dave.

U can sterilize your seeds and soil. Also use a very well drained fluffy mix.
