Default Variegated Cavendish

I went to Walmart yesterday in Plant City , Florida and they had just received a shipment of plants from Homestead, Fl. I picked up a 3 gallon pot with 4 bananas in it 20 inches tall.....and 3 out of the 4 was variegated green/yellow good variegation. Cost $ 7.80 Also bought a Basoo for $ 1.95.

You were in the right place at the right time. Are you going to seperate them or keep them as a clump ?

Was the Basjoo also variegated or just plain green ?

Robert,

I'd be interested in a pup as well, if you get any. Thanks for sharing the pics. Nice find!

It's wonderful that 3 out of the 4 banana plants had variegated green and yellow leaves. Variegation can add visual interest to plants and make them stand out in your garden or indoor space. The cost of the 3-gallon pot with the banana plants was $7.80, which sounds like a great deal.
