What are the differences between this and a standard gros michel?
I have gros michel and it certainly doesn't have the red to it.

Just an FYI: You'll probably get b****-slapped for posting something like this in one of PR-Giant's posts. He'll make you look like the banana on this platter: . ;-p If your "Gros Michel" is missing the distinctive pink coloration on the petiole base of its younger pups, it's probably not a Gros Michel.

Varieties I supposedly bought: Manzano, Cavendish, Blue Java, Sweetheart, and Gros Michel.
What it seems I actually have: Brazilian, Cavendish, Namwah, Dwarf Red, Gros Michel, Pisang Ceylon, Veinte Cohol and SH 3640, and American Goldfinger. FHIA 1, Paggi and FHIA 17... Always room for one more.

I have 7 of the Gros Michel clones in my collection in Puerto Rico, 3 of them are dwarf. The Highgate and Cocos I've had for a while and recently I brought back the Lowgate from my collection in Jamaica.

The Highgate is a dwarf and the standard is a taller clone.

All Gros Michel are bananas, but not all bananas are Gros Michel.

All Highgate are Gros Michel, but not all Gros Michel are Highgate.

I'd like to express my gratitude for making this transaction quick and easy. It was great only needing to write one private message, wish all could be this simple.

Included with the DGM are a free Tigua and Patupi, Good Luck

Here's some info on the Tigua.

I read the link a few years ago and think that someone near Oakland was also getting them to harvest.

Hi Darla, that one went to the first p.m., but I potted up a few extra. If you want one it should only take a few more days for them to root out.
