From what I read the Velutina has tasty edible fruit but is packed with seeds that make eating the fruit difficult.

Not much info to be found on the Ochracea, but the add does show an 'edible fruit' icon.

The add more or less says;
Quote:

The musa ochracea is a plant of the banana and platain family native to tropical Asia. The name refers to the ocre colour of its flower.

Sow in March --> July

First soak the seeds 24 to 48 hours in water of 20 to 25C.
Sow in pots in an environment of 25-30 degrees Celcius (77-86F) and in a light spot with constant humidity, preferably in an incubator with fine soil that is kept moist with a plant mister.
The incubator's cover should not be completely closed as to allow for a little bit of air circulation. Alternatively you could make a small hole in the cover of around 1 cm and tape it over with a strip of breathable Micropore bandage to prevent fruit flies from entering.

The seeds will start top pop up (after?) (15 days at a temperature of 27C (80F) and one month at a temperature of 20C (68))
The germination rate also strongly depends on the full moon.
The germination is slow and could take several months.

The ochracea is supposed to be edible, but I haven't tried yet, as I only have seeds for the time being.
Yes, velutina is edible, but beware your teeth...
For Ensete glaucum, its fruit is edible and sweet with hard pulp but has several 1/2 inch large seeds...
