I never checked back to this thread. Isn't it weird the guy from Going Bananas was selling an African Horn plantain, but when I asked him directly if he had any plantains, he said all sold out. Do some people think the African Rhino Horn is a banana? Strange he would make that mistake being a huge grower and all. Thoughts?

Geo, How often do they do these fairs? I was unable to make it down due to a family event we had going on that weekend.

The Manatee Rare Fruit Council will have its next sale Sunday, May 19th 2019. I went ahead and updated the website for next years sale. Manatee Rare Fruit Council: Fruit Tree Sale

It is a great event and worth a trip.
