Hi everyone:
Just wanted to inform you that I'll be moving to a new townhome in Durham, NC next week, and that I'll be looking for more banana plants to get for the "landscaping" on my patio. The weather will be much nicer than here in Troy, MI, since I'll be moving to a zone 7B-8A. I'll keep you posted with my banana plant wish list Thanks, Carlos(tropicalkid) ![]() |

Guess you're busy right about now with the move. Hope you'll love NC, I do! And you'll only be a short distance from Plant Delights.
I'm like 2 hours east of Durham. Just wondering what kind of space you have to work with in a townhouse. My sister up in VA has a really cool deck/planter area, and a nice tiny front yard. Nice landscaping... its amazing what you can do with small space. Good luck, safe journey... and have fun. |

Yeah good luck on the move. The climate is warmer by MI standards, but I still think it is too cold for me, but I only really know this weather. The warmer the better for me. I envision myself on some tropical island within 10 years I hope.
