![]() The picture shows a lady finger that went over after a good rain storm. I picked the bunch and am trying to ripen under the pergola. The sad thing is I have two 2m (6') pups that need a home. I've tried offering to a good home in Australia - but the distance, postage costs and the Queensland Government stop people trying to get bananas. If you are very rich and can handle the customs hassles and want an genuine Australia lady finger banana pup - let me know. Its a pity the pups have to die off - - I kept a couple for myself - put them in another part of the garden because they get quite large bunches and are a delicious flaovour. I don't know if they are sword the other sort - all seem to grow just as well So - all you millionaires on bananas.org - come and get an Aussie ladyfinger.
