Thanks sddarkman619 came in looking good. I have sent plants out like that and people complain because they expect a instant perfect specimen. Here is the text from the people requesting refund and the image they attached. This nana was sent from TX(by Louisiana) to California.

"You need help with: An item arrived damaged

Your ideal resolution: replace

Note for seller: All the leaves on the plant are either dead or going to be dead soon. Very disappointed. Please see attached pictures and advise. Thank you"
