This auction is for 2 ensete maurelii 'Red absynnian" banana plants. They are similar to bananas, but not really bananas, as we all know.
Totally in great shape, new leaves, actively growing and as a preventative measure they've been presprayed with Avid, a spider mite preventative. (they do attract spider mites, but haven't had any yet!) They have been growing in the greenhouse under 30% shade, and are showing some red color, but will really pop when put outside in full/mostly sun.
These twins are potted in 3.5 inch pots and will weigh about 2 lbs packaged up. So if you'd like to figure your shipping costs, go to www.usps.com and put in 2 lbs, priority mail, and starting zip code is 47302, then put in yours as the "To" zip code. I'm not chargeing any handling, etc on this.
Can combine with the variegated odora if you win it too!
Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
