Agristarts Ice Cream Pups

Hi Everyone!
I have a huge mat of pups of all sizes that needs to be cleaned up. The original plant was purchased at a well know south Florida nursery as an Agristart Ice Cream banana. Now is it a tall Namwa probably as we all know the confusion of what is a true Blue Java Ice Cream and the Namwa also being called an Ice Cream banana.

Please pm me if interested about pricing as they are sizes from one foot to five feet in size, so prices and shipping will vary. I will also discount shipping on multiple items purchased. All will be sword suckers and extremely healthy and disease free.

Americans are so fortunate. I bet you can get hold of just about any type of banana any time of year, and it wouldn't cost the earth. Here in the UK I just looked into ordering a couple of tiny plugs plugs from a respected seller in Thailand and the phyto, S & H alone were about US$70. The packet would have been the size of a cigarette carton at most, and would have contained a Saba and an Orinoco.
I've contacted Agri-starts who were very helpful, but the bottom line was I'd have to buy a pile of plants and pay approx. US$600 to fly them across and supply the official documentation.
Am lucky enough to be visiting Connecticut in a month or so, so will place an order or two for plants to be delivered to my cousin's house in Danbury. If anyone knows of Americans selling Saba, Siam Ruby and Orinoco I'd be delighted to hear from you. Thank you. Dave, UK.

Why would you buy these in USA or Thailand?
These are already available in Europe and quite common too.

Hi Christian, and thank you so much for your kind response.

I have been trying for three years to replace a little Saba I sadly killed a few winters back, and have NEVER managed to buy an Orinoco in Europe despite looking (Googling) for 15 or 20 years. There were one or two at Canarius a while back but once again the postage is astronomical, possibly due to our Royal Mail being about the greediest company this side of Zeta Reticuli, and forcing the postage price up through the roof.
I'm a member of various Facebook banana plant groups and have bought some plants, like Grand Nain and Ice Cream that way.

Maybe our colder climate means fewer horticultural entrepreneurs risk buying 1000 of each popular strain in case they all damp off or whatever.
I've bought a couple of bananas from a place in Holland and they are almost always wildly mislabeled, eg an ordinary, though beautifully grown Cavendishii being sold as an Ingens! Despite repeatedly advising them of this they didn't change their advert for many months.

If you are aware of somewhere I've missed then it would be great to hear about them!
Looking forward to hearing from you mate.

Cheers and good health, Dave.

I'll PM you, so we don't pollute this sell topic too much.

Everyone, I am not trying to make a ton of money off of these, just don’t want to dig them up and throw them in the garbage. I have limited room so I can’t transplant them all.

I will also take trades I am in zone 9. Let me know.

Thanks
