Re: TC Black bananas
Hi Novi
I was just wondering at what temperature do you keep your bottles for best results? Also do you add sugar or indole acetic acid to your medium? Cheers James |

Re: TC Black bananas
dear James
temperature in my lab to keep the jars is 26 Celcius. yes i add sugar/sucrose 6-7 gr/liter media. I dont use indole acetic acid (IAA). this auxin not heat stabile and will broken with autoclaving. i use benzil amino purine (BAP) for shoot multification. for variegated i add indole butiric acid (IBA)
