Hi Novi

I was just wondering at what temperature do you keep your bottles for best results?

Also do you add sugar or indole acetic acid to your medium?

Cheers

James

dear James
temperature in my lab to keep the jars is 26 Celcius. yes i add sugar/sucrose 6-7 gr/liter media. I dont use indole acetic acid (IAA). this auxin not heat stabile and will broken with autoclaving. i use benzil amino purine (BAP) for shoot multification. for variegated i add indole butiric acid (IBA)
