TC Black Banana Update
Hi
One problem with TC Black Banana is they producing phenolic compounds that become poison for explant if there is alot and in long time.. i suggest you to do subculture soon or put them in same media + activated charcoal. this is Pic of Black Banana in my home lab in the MS media + 5 BAP + 0,2 gr activated charcoal. media look black its activated charcoal not phenolic. phenolic can be reduced and explant looking good i ngrowth Banana Gallery - IMGP2430_Black_banana_in_Activated_charcoal regards
