Step by Step Subculture In Tissue CUlture Bananas (part 1)
Hi all
I promise you all to take photo subculture in TC bananas step by step. thats why i I'v done today. enjoy the pic. Step 1. Explant banana 1month old. ready for subculture 1 (Photo 1) Step 2. Put the explant on sterile petri dish/plate (Photo 2) Step 3. Cut vertically become 2 explant (Photo 3) Step 4. put the explant/planted in the bootle. media same MS + 5 BAP/l (Photo4) Step 5. After 1 month next, explant has grow and ready for subculture 2. explant will have few baby bananas. about4-7 baby (photo 5) Step 6. Put the explat on sterile petridish (Photo 6) Step 7. Cut the explant become few. every parts could be consist of 2-3 baby bananas (Photo 7) Step 8. put the explant/planted in the bootle. media same MS + 5 BAP/l (Photo8). Look at the next thread Next Step like subculture 1 or subculture 2

I am facing problems in the shoot multiplication step.Can you please help me out why there is no growth even after adding adequate hormones and frequent subcultures?
