![]() thx. More details would be great.
What is "MS + 5 BAP/l ". Murashige and Skoog=ms? 6-benzyl aminopurine=bap? is it 5mg bap/Liter? is the bap dissolved into NaOH or another chemical? I am thinking, depending on the expense, in a few years trying to GE the coda gene to bananas [supposedly makes plants produce Glycinebetaine and be more cold hardy]. I have no background in GE, nor in growing banana's like this, and I can't stomach [ nor religiously] study biology at a university level. https://www.researchgate.net/publica...ences_Mediated ...if someone wants to beat me to it. |
