Wow! It sure looks like you know what you are doing with tissue culture! I'd love to get started with that but not sure how to go about it.. I really love the varigated bananas and the little teenie tiny pineapple! Love to have them both.. I've got to get an area to tissue culture.. Maybe you can give me a few tips on how to get started.. Thanks!

Dear Indiaansue
to start TC I think You should practicen practice and practice. TC skill can not achieved only read book. there is little things that you cannot find in the book. for firt practice maybe youll fail 100 %. but its okay. more practice you will more expert in TC. explant initiation is one of most important tage in TC. try to get information the righ sterlilization technique by searching in the book, journal, internet etc. so we dont need to start without have anything. you can also following TC workshop if any. palese concatc me if there more question.
