Ghetto Gas Chamber or low budget flood hood.

Here's a couple pics of my low budget flow hood. I used to have a HEPA grade positive flow hood about 18 years ago but got out of the hobby of growing mushrooms for a few years. now getting back into that and TCing plants I can't afford one right off the bad so I made a low busget one thats been working almost perfectly for me. See pictures below.

Basically just a plastic tub turned over with a front entry way and door on it. the filter on top is a Holmes air filter with an upgraded filter to their "hepa" specs. It's by no means a true HEPA filter, but it does filter out up to.003 particals whcih is needed for agar culturing and no contams.

I used a plain old homemade "glove box" when making Shiitake plugs. Worked pretty good.
