Tissue Culturing & Other Propagation Techniques of Banana Plants This forum is for discussing propagation techniques of banana plants. these are my first attempt at Tc, they are 21 days in. I wrapped the jars in foil for 10 days, changed the agar at 7 and 21 days. This is dwarf red Dacca.

I have 1/2 doz TC vials from QDPI if they can be of any assistance?

They did say they had limited numbers of Saba and plenty of Lakatan.
They are being propagated as we speak, I'll keep you posted. Very exciting news indeed.
TBH, I didn't think I'd get a response.

I'll get those vials away tomoz.

what are you using for your agar nutrients?
I used this stuff:

all ready to go, just ad agar and cook.
BTW what are you using to sterilize your culture medium before pouring the jars? Pressure cooker?
