A green banana which has zero visual markings of variegation and only produces variegated pups does not agree with most of what has been written from the experts that also probably have no actual growing experience.

I agree that a GM, if it is more clear for you feel free to substitute GM for Green Manini Tree with Variegated Branches that is not a green plant, that only produces variegated pups should be variegated to some extent. I hope to exchange information with people who are actually growing this plant. That's not to say that info from non growers is worthless but it is often worth less than info from actual growers.

I've been trying to collect as much data as possible and can report this GM grows much differently than my VM or WM.

You should try to TC a Green Manini that only produces variegated pups, maybe the results will surprise you.
