How did it taste? I know some parts of the world make curry with it and it's supposed to be good but they use only the pseudostem. The leaves are great for wrapping food prior to cooking but to eat, I don't know... You tell me. Great idea though and I do appreciate the fact that you tried and shared the experience with us.

just a thought but I bet a new growth leaf cigar chopped up would make the best stir fry
