Infamously, I learned what is distributed as "Misi Luki" in the U.S. (esp. by AgriStarts) is "standard" or "tall" Namwa. I'm growing the latter, and many members here have had success growing dwarf, standard, or tall Namwa as an indoor-winter outdoor-summer fruiting banana in colder climates like yours. If you want the "real deal" Misi Luki, I believe you'll need to travel to islands in Austrail-Asia ... and build a tropical greenhouse to sustain it.
For Mysore, several folks here will recommend the improved cultivar "Pisang Ceylon". If you're coming to the 2015 Festival Of Fruit in San Diego next month, then members there can hook you up with these plants.
