Default Looking for places to buy in/around Savannah, GA in March

I'm going to be going on vacation to Savannah, GA in March. Does anyone know of a good place to buy smallish banana plants? They need to be kind of small so I can pack them in the car.

Roadtrip..

This is what I do..

I will make the assumption you will traveling south on I95.

Once you get in the warmer southern weather the big box stores will usually have them.
From the Carolinas to Tybee you will be able to find plants at stores near the exits and in Savannah.
Expect to find Dwarf Cavendish and some great ornamentals.
Expect to pay $12.00 and up

You could call ahead and ask the garden departments if they are stocking banana plants yet.

Also once you get there do an internet search for the best garden centers in Savannah and make a few calls.

If you come up empty handed Larry(sddarkman619) can hook you up with some very healthy plants from his nursery.
