Do a Craigslist search for the area.....actually the whole coast because folks do not post in the correct area all the time.
There are a few posts with the plants you are looking for including some varigated plants.

I have picked up quite a few gems along the treasure coast.

I definitely am but Kissimmee is pretty far from me. I'm in Palm Coast, I think I'm like 90 minutes northeast of you.

Get one from this guy. The Praying Hands TC he sent last spring is 10' tall right now with 5 pups. They're the real deal.

Our praying hands flowers at about 10' and it definitely puts out a lot of pups. I really like it.

I don't know how long it takes the PH to develop but if this one is going to fruit I hope it hurries, and I think you'll love the blue java. I wasn't expecting there to be much of a difference in terms of looks but they are quite different. Also get a Thai Black. That one has become my favorite.
