Hey guys I’m looking for someone with the AeAe Variegated Banana plant!
I know there is a different Florida Variegated variety but I read that it loses its variegation as it matures.

heh.. for $603.90, just buy one from them! It's funny something that reproduces like a potato still sells for this amount. Who gives a crap just grow any banana or a hua moa, the aeae is just a variegated hua moa.

Plants are still had for 50.00 but you have to dig them up yourself....

Come to think of it, I want one too, looked up some photos and youtube videos and they look darn nice, even some folks made a video on youtube eating it, they seem to love it. If anyone knows where to buy them at a reasonable price please let us know. It can't be anywhere near, not even close to that ridiculous $600+ dollars, I'd be embarrassed if anyone found out that I'd spent that amount on a plant lol. I'd spend like a hundred + shipping though. I could wire money paypal to paypal account. Interesting thing is why these haven't been much more mass tissue cultured yet and commercialized since there is interest and selling price is good. I read somewhere they have been introduced to south florida 50+ years ago! Anyway, anyone knows someone or has some and doesn't mind shipping it, please let me know. Thanks.
