Hello, I am interested in getting a start of this giant relative of bananas. I am unsure if it produces pups, or how it can be propagated, but I would be interested in buying one off of someone if they have it.

They are easy to start from seed which can be found on many websites.
Some good ones are banana-tree.com or seedman.com I would imagine that someone on this site may have a few they could part with. Jay ![]()

Thanks for the info Jay. If I cannot find anyone with a start I will definitely consider starting a few from seed.
