I don't think you'll find a truly "White" Canna-
I don't have one but on the PDN website says that this one is "still regarded as the closest to white" as you can get.
Canna, Canna Lily, Summer-flowering, Perennial, Sun plants
You should check trade lists for anyone who has "Ermine"

This was in the seeds I got from Scot. Only one seed so I was lucky it germinated.Not sure where he got them,most likely Ebay.

I have Canna 'Tropical White' purchased at a Home Depot. Very close to white but the petals are very thin. Like a lot of other white flowers they don't hold up well if the flowers get wet.

Check out this site Karchesky and Harris Canna Collection
They show many white Canna cultivars. They are located in Australia, it would be challenging to have them sent to California. But you can see the different flowers and names that you can search for.
