Logees sell Myrciaria cauliflora. Not the variety I'm looking for.

What's exotica nursery? is there a link to this website? I tried googling but didn't find a specific one.

yeah I've actually emailed him a few days ago about both the plants. Unfortunately, they don't ship plants to AZ, and a few other states.
