Dragon Fruit Cuttings
 
I'm looking for Dragon Fruit plant cuttings. I have Orinoco or vegetable seed.

It's relatively easy. You then wait 3-4 years until it fruits to determine if the fruit is any good. They do not sprout true to type.

I suppose you could graft them but its kind of pointless because they root easily. Keep in mind it is a cactus.

Yes, even to Croatia, It all depends on the import regulations of Croatia and what they require. I grow clivia and have received clivia from South Africa, china and Japan.
Do you need an Import permit or a phytosanitary report? Some countries require both, some only an import permit and some countries do not require anything.
Th only thing which really costs me to send plants is a phytosanitary report if needed and postage.
