Citrus juno wanted

Looking to acquire Citrus juno plant or FRESH seed. I have tried growing from seed three different times with no luck. I think the seed needs to be fresh to get germination.

Have you tried stratification? Wrap seed in damp paper towel, put in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 3-4 weeks. I use this method on hard to germinate seed.
