![]() I should have a few Xanthosoma albo marginatas for sale this spring if anyone is intersted. I'm thinking about $12/rhizome. It is a very nice variegated EE that gets around 4' or so for me. It has very odd shaped leaves with the tip almost funnel-like, which holds water when it rains. Variegation sometimes starts out yellow, then turns a nice creamy-white. It does tend to creep around a bit so beware! Please take a look in my gallery (page 5, I think) and PM me if you're interested. I could even ship out rhizomes now if you think you're in a warm enough zone. Otherwise, probably safer to wait a bit longer. Thanks for looking!

![]() Brent,
Nice looking Xantho... I am interested and wondered if you would be interested in a trade. I have Xanthosoma Atroverins that I wondered if you were interested in. Here is a few pics of what I have... Should have some ready by spring. I have a coulple small pups that I potted up this past fall and have in my unheated garage that are still green (blue) and growing. All my other ee's that I have potted in there have died back to the ground. Let me know if you are interested or not.... ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I have a couple of the atrovirens already; otherwise I'd be interested in a trade with you. I'll send you a PM in a minute. |

![]() Some of my EE's are in full sun (such as Black Magic), while others, such as the variegated Xanthosoma get more shade due to it's variegation.

![]() I have about 7 or 8 different EE's that I grow. I'll try to add them to my profile sometime soon. I grow bananas, cannas, gingers, EEs, cacti & succulents, orchids, potted palms, heliconias, citrus, and various other tropicals. Maybe I'll list it all if I ever get around to it!

![]() Brent,
If you ever have any extra heliconias you could part with and they are some of the smaller and easier ones to grow, let me know. I have one and would love to try more.... |

![]() Hey, Kylie! I've been wondering where you've been lately. The Heliconia psittacorum I got from you is still blooming! It sent up another bloom stalk the other day. I'm really enjoying it!
No you're not too late on the variegated Xanth. I'll add you to the list. Get in touch with me in the spring. Thanks! |

![]() Don't worry, I won't forget! I think I have everyone listed in the order that they contacted me. I should be able to supply some people as soon as it warms up enough for them this spring, but a few people may have to wait a bit longer until my main plant sends out a few runners.
I should also have pups of Musa laterita, 'Orinoco', mannii, 'Zebrina', and Musella lasiocarpa in the spring, along with 'Black Runner' Colocasia, and several cannas if anyone is interested. |

![]() These are my favorite of all the variegated elephant ears. I grow a lot of the different variegates, inside and outside the greenhouse. Some of the ones I have are: Colocasia: Yellow Splash, Milky Way/ Elepaio, Black Marble, CHicago Harlequin; Xanthosoma: Mikey Mouse, Saggitifolia variegata; ALocasia: Frydek variegated, Culculatta variegated, albo-variegata, wentii variegated, and gagnea variegated (commonly called Alocasia aurea or Alocasia odora yellow variegated). These are the alocasia albovariegata, they are hardy here and I have probably 20 or more planted in the yard, but I maintain these in the greenhouse year round beside my stream because I like them big and huge for a nice accent plant.
