SUGAR CANE!! old heirloom varieties " can go in pots"
So yeah! I live in central Florida.
And I've got a wife to be, and a little sucker sprouting out of her.
Here in these parts her family has been growing cane for over a century
And making syrup.
I am lucky enough to have gotten a couple of those cane varieties that
Her grandfather had when he was a kid.
They grow really well and are care free. They are beautiful and flavor full.
You can grow them in large pots too.
Morgan Red, is a beautiful red color cane that has great flavor.
Its a thin cane so you can chew it easy. This is Old! Well over 100 years.
Morgan purple. This cane can get big. It starts small, but the nice purple
Canes can get 3-4 thick!
These both make awesome syrup. Or cut up and chew on them.
They're beautiful with little care.
If you want any I'll send a flate rate envelop packed full for $22 shipped. US prices.
