![]() After stocking up for this season's papaya (& some other) seed needs, we have some extras that we are offering for cost of postage:
Solo Papaya: Sunrise, Sunset, Waimanalo (X-77) 'low bearing'. See more about them here: Agricultural Diagnostic Service Center - Papaya Seed We also have some of the Komohana grape tomato seed; use the above link & scroll on down to the bottom of the tomato section. Postage is 50¢ for a plain 1st class business envelope, which is fine for tomato seed but the papaya seed may get crunched up unless you want to opt for a doubled up bubble mailer for $1.65. The papaya seed has been running well in excess of 95% germination. If you need larger volumes or other kinds of seeds, you can order direct from the good folks at: Agricultural Diagnostic Service Center - Seed Program Main Page For quickest response, PM or email me. ![]()

![]() All of my Papaya seeds I got from you in November have germinated. I hope to be able to transplant soon. Thanks again for your generosity of making the seeds available just for postage to us banana.org members.

![]() Yep! seed [from me] is free, asking folks to cover postage.
You'll have to pay if bought from the U of HI. Our [free] veggie seeds are running low but because we sell the papaya seed on ebay, it's always in stock. The papaya seed from U of HI has historically always had an outstanding germination rate; it's not unusual to have all 72 seedlings come up in a flat of 72. Because papaya seedlings REALLY dislike being transplanted though, we always suggest that the largest [practical] size pot be used for germination. ![]()

![]() Yep!
The other veggies have all found new homes (we're on the 5th crop of lettuce already) but we almost always have papaya seed. Sunrise is the most popular. ![]()
