These are the last pics I will post of the contest bananas. These were taken 7.15.08 at 6:00 pm Pacific time. The Dwarf Orinoco is fully pendant and the Ice Cream is a day behind. Both buds are approximately the same size. The DO has a large pup helping to collect sun, the Ice Cream has 2 small pups that're prolly more of a drain than help, but we'll see...

By the way, your ice cream is only blooming to torture me....My (mother)plant is every bit as big as yours and has three large pups from last year(daughters) and 3 small ones from this year(granddaughters). That's what my friend from Hawaii called them!
