The first person to correctly guess the name of the banana cultivar pictured below wins a free banana plant of their choice (including shipping) from a list that includes that particular plant and other varieties I have available to give away at the time.

Here are the contest rules:
Rules of the contest forum, read before posting!
IMPORTANT!
  • Only one guess per person.
  • "First correct guess" is determined by time recorded on post at bananas.org.
  • If you are taking a "dictionary" approach, consider that I have many more varieties that I sell or have discussed on this site to date.
  • If you have a good working knowledge of the plants at my nursery, then you should exclude yourself from guessing or providing information to others.

I am not sure if guessing orinoco covers both tall and dwarf. If I have to be more specific like guessing dwarf or not, I guess I will say D. Orinoco
