Bananas Brindando Yunnanensis & Balbisiana Flower

Hi folks! Here is the flowers of M. Yunnanensis and Balbisiana flowers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOFUwg8tNQM
You can see that the color of the flowers are different. I grow them in Okinawa. They just bloomed this spring.
Cheers! I added some pictures too: Mauro Gibo's Library | Photobucket
Thanks for viewing my pictures.

I have two gardens. One is in Okinawa, a subtropical island in Japan where it doesn’t snow. The other garden is in mainland Japan where we do have snow and the temperature drops to minus 2 centigrade Celsius in the winter. I just went to Okinawa and took the pictures of the M. Yunnanensis and the M. Balbisiana flowers. The late Mr. Markus Hakkinen sent me the seeds from Iceland several years ago. In Okinawa I grow all sorts of bananas because the climate is appropriate but here in the mainland only the M. Basjoo bears fruits. I have planted many varieties of bananas here but they all die to the ground during the winter, although they grow new pups in the spring. Musa Yunnanensis is not cold hardy as I thought, they barely survive the winter. This is the first time I get to see the M. Yunnanensis bloom. I have tried to upload photos in the forum but I’ve failed all the time, so I uploaded some to them in the photobucket. If you can see the pictures you may notice that the color of the blooms are different. Thank you for commenting on my post. About your question, I have no problems with fungus. If the fruit doesn’t get pollinated it will dry out and fall.
