Wintering Time...again!
Hello, just covered the musa basjoo today 11/06/11 in SE Ohio, here is the pics from the season, everything from super growing to hail damage from a big storm....uncovering them last spring and of course, covering them up....here is how we have found success with the hardest part. Enjoy the pics, hope your season was a "growing experience".

Those basjoos are really nice! I dont think I ever expect mine to get that big (mine are not the most motivated banana plants in the world). Sad to see them all covered up for the winter. You reminded me that I need to buy some Hay for my Basjoos very soon!
