Where to get FHIA-2, 18, and 23 (in California)?
Hi all,
I've been a long time reader of this forum, but registered recently. I'm wondering where I might get some FHIA-2, 18, and 23 plants to try here in California. They seem to be a bit hard to find, but I'm hoping one of you knows of a source. Thanks! |

Re: Where to get FHIA-2, 18, and 23 (in California)?
It's been a odd year. I've been looking for a FHIA - 3 with no luck. Yesterday I spoke with a tissue culture lab and they said a few varieties are having problems this year. As far as California I gave up on that quest years ago. I order from Florida now, just for variety and selection purposes

Hmm, that's odd. Yeah, I looked at online nurseries in Florida as well and they didn't seem to have any FHIA-18 or FHIA-23. (I found one place that had FHIA-2, Mona Lisa, but preferred to order them together if possible; plus I have a source for FHIA-2 later this year in Southern California if needed -- Exotica in Vista grows it.)

Try Pitangadiego (Encanto Nursery).
Bought a very nice FHIA 18 pup there for a friend. He should also have the others. |

Look at agristarts Web page. Look at the unavailable list
