Default What's pushing out new growth for you ?

Spring is almost here ! My Maurelii have all been sending out new growth for a few weeks now and today I noticed an ornata doing the same .
Alocasia calidora is putting on some new groth as well .
And,of course , all the trees are starting to bloom or bud out and the daffys and paperwhites are blooming. I'm in zone 8 .
So, what's going on in your neck of the woods?

My Musa Basjoo is pushing up new leaves. So are 2 of my Dwarf Cavendish bananas. All of the plants are inside and some have yet to break dormancy.

All my bananas survived except for a small Helens Hybrid.

I had only Basjoo, Ice Cream and Lasiocarpa dormant, Basjoo is growing and so does Lasiocarpa
Ice Cream does nothing in the GH but looks okay.

Most of my nanas are slowly coming back to life in the greenhouse, most notably zebrina and manzano.
Indoors my siam ruby has been growing all winter on a windowsill in the bathroom, its even produced 2 more pups bringing the total to 5,6 including mummy, lol
I'm most excited about my black balbisiana, florida variegate and siamea variegate all starting to come to life.
Can't wait for spring to stay sprung here.

10b everything moving along just fine, the cold snap we had a couple weeks ago was a setback but blooms are appearing on some heliconias and some bromeliads. A pair of Sabas are blooming now as are a RajaPuri and a Grand Nain. I just cut down some almost ripe Ice Cream fruits and have another still hanging. Papaya just finishing harvest time as well. Sugarcane is growing fantastic and some orchids just got done blooming as well. Cant wait for the real thing (Spring that is).

We're expecting some below freezing lows for the next few nights . I hope it does'nt mess everything up.

Nice day here today, about 73F or so in my yard. Banana-wise though, nothing is moving outside yet. It was March 13th that Musa yunnanensis emerged last year though, so shouldn't be long now! Lots of daffodils blooming here now, Winter Jasmine has been putting on a show, Forsythias are blooming as well. Red Maples are blooming too. Spring is right around the corner!
