What is this growing out of the top?
I have been patient for a year ... finally this morning I see this protruding from the top of my "Mona Lisa". Is it what I think it is?

Looks like a Regular leaf that got hung in the mid-rib of the previous leaf.. It should grow out of it.. :^)
