A local nursery is selling this and I want it. It is a dwarf banana around 7-8 feet tall and has a lot of fruit. He said it was from Honduras.

It's part of the FHIA family, a group of banana varieties developed by the Honduras Foundation for Agricultural Research.

I looked on the FHIA website, and there's no listing for FHIA 24. There is FHIA 23 and FHIA 25 however.

One day they'll come up with FHIA 42, and it will be the answer to everything.

Then buy it.............or............ just keep visiting.
I think you are torturing the little fella, everytime she sees you she wags her leaves but you never take her home. You can always name her later.
