What is this disease turning killing my bananas while they fruit??!
What is this black necrosis that is shriveling my bananas and turning them black????
Is it under watering? It hasnt even gotten hot yet... This is on my praying hands banana. Same thing happened to my blue java last year. I have finally gotten these bad boys to fruit after almost 2 years and they are dying one me. Please tell me what you think this is and how to fix it. Thanks |

Where are you located?
Are your bananas in pots (what size?) or in the ground? How much and how often are you watering?

North County San Diego.
Plants are in ground. Now that the weather is warming, I am watering 2 to 3 times a week. With a deep watering once a week. Prior to that I wasnt watering as much due to the colder weather and season rain. Please help.lol. Im worried about this black shriveling growing to all the fruit and im once again fruitless.  |
