What did you kill today?
So I mixed up some fertilizer today to do a foliar spray. I was supposed to mix 2 g of one product, 2 g of another, 1 g of another per gallon, but my scale was accidentally set to ounces so I mixed 2 ounces, 2 ounces and 1 ounce in 1 gallon and proceeded to spray the whole yard.
About an hour later I realized what I did and went around and sprayed everything with the hose trying to wash it all off, I hope everything survives and doesn't get burnt. :rollerbananadone: |
Re: What did you kill today?
That is only about 28x what it was supposed to be... It won't hurt anything that's not alive. :D
I sure hope the washing off works for you. Just the grass, right? |
Re: What did you kill today?
Yeah I wish it was just the grass.
Passifloras, bananas, malaysian Orchids, Blackberries, Mulberries, avocados...list goes on... I was using a pump sprayer so it was just a light coating but I went and washed them all with a hose sprayer. hoping it saved them. :) |
Re: What did you kill today?
I don't think you hurt anything. One gram of an ingredient per gallon is a very light folar spray. I'm usually mixing a couple of teaspoons or table spoons per gallon. ... I have scales too, where I've pre-wieght ingredients into a plastic cup. Then marked the cup side with the weight for future use.
