I have no idea, I grew them from a store bought pineapple. I harvested 6 total this year and these were my first pineapples grown from suckers rather then crowns. They only seem bloom in early spring if that helps.

Those Paggi bananas are fantastic flavored, but they fall off as soon as they are near ripe, which is a pain, but the flavor is worth it. Thanks again for helping a newbie get to try different varieties. Not everyone is so decent, you know.

Varieties I supposedly bought: Manzano, Cavendish, Blue Java, Sweetheart, and Gros Michel.
What it seems I actually have: Brazilian, Cavendish, Namwah, Dwarf Red, Gros Michel, Pisang Ceylon, Veinte Cohol and SH 3640, and American Goldfinger. FHIA 1, Paggi and FHIA 17... Always room for one more.

They are a sweet and fruity dessert type. So far, my favorite tasting banana. Don't know much more about them except they literally fall off the bunch when near ripe, which is a pain. Almost nothing in the wiki about them, cold hardiness or anything.

Finally got some African Rhino Horn. 1 big hand with 15 fruit, most close to 1.5 lbs, longest is 18". Nearly 12 months to flower, and then 3.5 months to harvest.

The heaviest

The longest

Ixino, a mystery banana I can't find anything about online. Just under 90 days flower to harvest. 1 ripened a week ago and it was quite sweet and good. Had to harvest the rest after heavy rains, followed by fruit splitting.

It's odd. It has a classic banana aroma, a golden-orange color to the flesh, strings from the peel stick to the fruit and feels a bit cavendishy biting into it, but tastes nothing like one. Has a good bit of tanginess like a Brazilian. Overall pretty good. Still no idea what it could be though.

FHIA-03 Sweetheart. Just 6 hands but about 50 lbs. The fruit seem huge!

Yes, their flavor is fantastic but their tendency to collapse with a bunch isn't!

Am I the only one who gets a database error message every time I try to go to new posts or unanswered posts? Sorry for posting here, but my user cp is the only thing not doing it and this is the busiest thread in my user cp now. Therefore, best chance for an answer or a fix.
