:08:yea and I sent them a complaint message and they never replied!
they don't care about their customers

so whats better FHN or wellsprings????

in my opinion there both two companies that don't give two ****s about bananas or any other plant they sell

and ps: you don't want to see my moringa tree I ordered it definitely did not survive the impact!

and this is the time I regret not using PayPal I should have rejected the box

Did you send the complaint to the vendor, or to the USPS?

I highly doubt the box was shipped in that condition. Most likely the damage occurred in transit.

Looks like the work of the Wonderful & talented USPS.. I think some of them folks go out of their way to crush boxes.. If its priority mail its insured..

Where's the pic's of the plants?

As far as I'm concerned there isn't anything wrong w/ Wellsprings.. :^)

With all due respect Sir.....complain to the USPS are U serious?

They could screw up and destroy an anvil if you shipped it.

Plus they don't give a damn, hell if they see themselves going broke they rely on someone else to bail them out, ie taxpayers of folks like Fed-Ex and their smart post partnership delivery system.

If I order on line I specifically ask is it's going to be "SmartPost" delivered.

If so I tell them to fly a flag where the sun.......well anyway I pass on the transaction.

U=Unnecessarily
S=Smash
P=Peoples
S=Sh**

They seem to employ nice friendly folks locally however; somewhere in the delivery system they don't seem to care. IMHO

I agree the complaint needs to go to USPS not Wellspring

well I just resent them a msg this morning and they said they never got my first complaint and this time I put pics to prove the damges and they were very apologetic and gave me a complete refund on the damged plants

so maybe because I didn't send pics or it was just a simple accident but now they fixed the problem
he said the moringa might have went dormant so im going to let it have some time to grow but as for the 2 bananas even the sticks that protected them were smashed they died before I could even repot them :P

but heres some pics of the moringa in soil and out because when its in soil it just looks like a stick but u can see the very top of it has a leaf so i did not ask for a refund on this plant because i think the guy is right i think it is in dormant

Re: wellsprings shipping they like to jump on your plants!

and PS: my mama works at the post office in Moscow she said by the time it got to them the box was beaten like a orphan.

and this time i reordered with paypal so if its damged i can just reject the package and it gets sent back

but another thing im pissed at is paypal u cant use debit cards on regular transactions any more only by checking or savings isn't that a load of BS so now i have to open a 35 dollor checking account to do regular paypal stuff not a happy camper today

Hey I am no Moringa expert! I have two plants growing from seed about 10 inches . Doing well ! I have read they are very adaptable and I also seen pictures of them growing in a 5 gallon bucket with a 3 inch trunk. As far as Im concerned the tree is a winner.. I dropped one seed on top of the soil and it grew ! I mean you got to like something like a tree that you can eat :) I just hope it tastes ok. some of the other things Ive grown were said to be eatable! No one told me they taste like doo doo..

It's almost certain that Wellspring sent the box off in good condition and the USPS mangled it in transit on the way to Moscow.

That's right, as I stated in the last line of my earlier post.

Great local folks just box/package thugs somewhere in the delivery process ,they seem to love to beat up on folks stuff.

Pooh Yaah that's irresponsible yeah!

Re: wellsprings shipping they like to jump on your plants!

My Wellsprings plant arrived nicely.

Most of the packages that get damaged aren't deliberate, they're a result of boxes being stacked up on top of each other in bins, shoved into planes and trucks and crushed against a wall behind a pallet. The USPS is moving tens of thousands of packages a hour, and some will get damaged. I've been lucky that I rarely have a damaged package via the USPS.

UPS drivers on the other hand.. I've seen them walk up to midway in my yard and THROW the box up and over my porch railing(8ft up!) onto the porch without regard to contents or labeling. Fedex is usually a little better and not every driver is careless or damages packages, but it happens.

I hope your dormant plant pops up and does well!
