Default Water suckers or swords?

Hey guys, I will be planting our tree into a larger container. Before I do, it would be great to know if these are water suckers or swords? And if attached to the base of the plant, do I simply cut them off at the base? Thanks!

Whoa....! Sorry about the oversize photo! The tallest of the group is about 10 inches.

Sword suckers have very narrow leaves when young. Your suckers appear to be water suckers although it is hard to see leaf shape from a side view.

If you plan to remove the pups for replanting be sure to capture some of the corm and roots from the mother. Otherwise, doesn't matter how you remove pups..

They are not true sword or true water suckers, somewhere in between. Those pups wont have much roots, so maybe wait a bit to seperate. Although it will be super easy to do when you take it out of the pot.
