Very Very New to Banana Tree
Hello Everyone, I am new to a banana tree.. I live in North Carolina near the raleigh area. I need to repot my banana tree and i need to do so fast, But i am not sure what to use to repot it. I would love some help if someone wouldnt mind giving me some. I am going to put it indoors in the winter time. Also why do the leaves split? Am i doing something wrong? Any help would be great. Also I am not sure what type of tree I have, I will try to post pictures of it as soon as I can.. Thanks in advance,
Ashley |

Re: Very Very New to Banana Tree
Hahaha I never really consider a strain identified until gabe puts in his input, but the blood spots on the leaves suggest Cavendish, and the red/pink on the P-stem suggests grand naine. I have one and it looks very similar
