I thank you all. I waited till today to respond to you, it has been over 10 days since I made my purchase. so now an update. I show no refund any where so I have just e-mailed him and told him he has the money. the last set of e-mails from him has been asking for a good rating. ... as far as the pup is concerned it still looks like a cypress knot. it has been turning a little blacker so I grabbed a large tray and started dumping out the potting soil from around it. it has lots of white roots coming from it 3 to 4 inches long [kinda looks like a porcupine] it was still firm. I was running just a hair high in moisture so mixed in some drier potting soil and filled it back in. so we will see what we see. thank you for your advice. pukpukz the last batch of corms are coming up nicely thank you.

The guys user name on eBay is artevivo_42012. For what it's worth my money went to Noemi Ahuertas thru Paypal. Can't contact the scum bag thru anything. The plant never moved at all. Hope this keeps others from fall into the same trap. This kind person hurts the reputable eBay sellers out there.

You can file a not as described case with eBay 30 days after delivery, if the seller wants it back they need to give you a return label. If it has been longer than that you have 180 days to file a case with PayPal.

yah, now he has updated his site and says now it is not an aeae but a rare florida. wow. and he has been bugging me to give him a good rating so e-bay will give him his money. got 3 texts since I told him I did not get a refund. so I started off wanting to get a variegated namwa for cold tolerance settled for an aeae and ended up getting a variegated floridan. aint that some bull whack ahoowey. and still doent know if I even got that yet. still aint moved. makes you want to pull all the seeds out of a cavedish.

I hate to be the one to tell you but if he sent you anything that you can not see it is variegated You can bet it is Not. He has scam so many that it is a big mess

it is a pup that has not produced leaves yet, it came about the size of a tennis ball. looks like a cypress knee.

Don't look like the ones he was selling were not cut off for shipping . Looks like a chip that just broke ground and has no real roots. And the bad thing about it is not all pups will be variegated off the plant so how would he know what he was sending ???

Mine has a full leaf. The one I received is a variegated Musa Florida.

I'm still pretty upset about the whole deal. Haven't decided what feedback to leave. Not positive.
1- wrong plant. Paid for AEAE received Florida.
2- ships from PR. Listing says Texas. One of the reasons I bought it.
3- described plant with leaves. Received a leafless pup.
4- was emailed 100000 times mostly to leave feedback.

Pup is now healthy and growing. Somone with no or little banana growing experience would have trouble getting this pup to root and grow! I DO NOT recommend this seller. Even for the low price!

Everything here is identical to what I dealt with except user name. User name for mine was cheladaniel. It said to pick out in the picture the exact one you want then I pick and he said he does not have that one but many more like it. EBay has gone down the tubes.

When I feel that I have been ligimately screwed by a scam artists. I have no mercy. I have made a major complaint against this jerk on eBay and Paypal. Hope this keeps some other unsuspecting customer the same experience.

yes that. almost 2 weeks and still has not started pushing. you know I almost did not buy it looking at the picture on the site. the plants were to small, I wanted something a little larger. also noticed on his updated site that he added pictures [the pics are still misleading] and his description. the description now says he is sending a bulb with no leaves. he has not changed his local but I do not remember the part that says [ships to the united states] almost seems reading his description that he is watching this thread.

went fishing on the gulf for 2 weeks. when I left it had 1 small variegated leaf. it was about 4 inches high. came back today and this is what it looks like now. not what I wanted but she is very pretty.
