Using banana leaf as liquid manure

I've been wondering if I could take some banana leafs and stems from unwanted plants like water suckers etc and grind or boil them then apply their liquid as manure.
Will this work?
If the answer is yes, which one will be more effective, boiling or grinding them.

Is it also OK to include other green plants like papaya leaves, mango leafs, neem tree etc. I have bunch of them in my garden.

Please give as much detail as possible if you can.
Thanks

Some plants are allelopathic so putting them near your plants may be a disaster. I would first check on the net. I use very decomposed material around my bananas.
