Woohooo!....I received a very special Nana package!.....From left to right, two nice size corms, Musa Red Iholena and Musa (Mai’a Iholena) Iholena Iholena......In the red cups (from left to right), Musa Virupakshi and Musa Maoli Dwarf Kaualau.... Pictures from 03/21/2019.... Musa Red Iholena and Musa (Mai’a Iholena) Iholena Iholena taking a bath of water with bleach...... Both corms transplanted to big pots using pool filter silica coarse sand and lots of perlite mix..... From left to right: Red ARH Plantain, Red Iholena, (Mai’a Iholena) Iholena Iholena, TARS Green Version ARH Plantain and Common Harton Plantain.....Some of this will be transplant to the ground soon!..... Then both Nana Varieties in smaller red cups were transplanted to 1.5 L bigger pots yesterday, 03/23/2019......From left to right: Musa Maoli Dwarf Kaualau and Musa Virupakshi!.....They were placed in the TC Seedlings stand/rack...... Woohooo!*****The Nana transplanting to the ground saga continues!*****They were transplanted to the ground using pool filter silica coarse sand!..... Red Kru really does look like something special. Most banana plants look about the same to my eyes with some exceptions but that one looks really different. Very beautiful plant!
