Assam is pretty mountainous place - lots of bamboo as well as China having designs on it, along with bandits and head-hunters - if they haven't all been caught). Wonder if this breeds true or is a one off :-)

or bananas - seems like no fertilising of flowers - and there must have been a lot of them from the scars, unless simply all male??
